General terms and condition
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions govern all sales of products and services offered by Reloved Media through its website located at https://reloved.media/.
2. Product Availability
The items offered by Reloved Media are valid as long as they are visible on the website, within the limits of available stock. In the event of an item becoming unavailable after order confirmation by Reloved Media, Reloved Media will inform the customer via email. The order will then be automatically canceled, and the customer will be refunded.
3. Pricing
The prices of items are indicated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the taxes that must be levied, including VAT.
Processing and shipping fees are not included in the price of an item. These fees are added separately.
Reloved Media reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, items purchased by the customer will be invoiced at the price indicated at the time of order validation.
4. Ordering Process
Customers may place orders through the online platform provided on the website. By confirming the order, the customer acknowledges acceptance of these terms and conditions.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon order confirmation. Accepted methods of payment include:
- Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
- Debit Cards
6. Shipping and Delivery
Items are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during the ordering process.
The transfer of risks (including the loss or damage of an item) occurs at the moment the merchandise is received by the customer.
Delivery times are provided for informational purposes only and in no way bind Reloved Media. The customer is required to accept their order even if it is delivered after the specified timeframe, especially in cases of temporary unavailability of the ordered item.
The customer is encouraged to contact customer service in case of questions or issues.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Customers have a 14-day period from the receipt of products to exercise their right of withdrawal, without the need for justification or penalty.
In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the price of the purchased item will be refunded to the customer in the form of an exchange for another item or a refund, subject to the following:
- The item(s) must be returned in their original and complete condition to allow for resale of the item(s) in a new condition.
- The item(s) must be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will not be refunded by Reloved Media.
For items that have been unpacked, fees may be charged to the customer based on the costs of refurbishment.
8. Warranties and Returns
All products are covered by a legal warranty of conformity and against hidden defects, provided they are used appropriately and maintained according to the instructions provided.
9. Limitation of Liability
Reloved Media shall not be held liable for any damages resulting from the misuse or improper handling of the products purchased.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the website, including text, images, and logos, is protected by copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights owned by Reloved Media.
11. Privacy Policy
Customer information collected during the ordering process is used solely for transactional purposes and is managed in accordance with our privacy policy.
12. Dispute Resolution
The contract, as regulated by the general terms and conditions of sale, is subject to Swiss law. Any dispute, difference, or claim relating to the contract will be submitted to the competent courts of Geneva.
